Initial Contact

You reach out via email or the contact form with a brief description of your project. I typically respond within 24 hours and we can continue the conversation entirely over email — no calls required unless you prefer one. Based in Manchester, UK — if you're local, I'm always happy to meet up and discuss over a coffee.

Discovery & Scoping

We discuss your goals, requirements, and any technical constraints — either async via email or on a quick call if you prefer. I'll ask questions to fully understand the scope and identify the best approach. For larger projects, I may request access to your existing codebase or admin panels.

Proposal & Agreement

You receive a clear proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, timeline estimate, and fixed price or hourly rate. Once you approve, we sign a simple agreement and you pay the deposit to kick things off.

Development

I get to work. For larger projects, you'll have access to a client portal where you can track progress, view milestones, and leave feedback. I'll keep you updated with regular check-ins and share previews along the way.

Review & Revisions

Once the initial build is complete, you review everything and provide feedback. The proposal includes revision rounds to refine the work until you're happy. Additional changes beyond scope are quoted separately.

Delivery & Handoff

Final files are delivered, code is deployed to your environment, and I provide any documentation or training needed. You pay the remaining balance, and the project is officially complete.

Ongoing Support

After launch, I'm available for bug fixes, updates, and future enhancements. Many clients return for ongoing work as their needs evolve. I offer priority support for past clients.
